Loopario Partners

Working Together to Set the Standard in Load Carrier Management

As a Load Carrier Management System (LCMS), Loopario (formerly Logistikbude) thrives on collaboration: Our partners contribute integrations, consulting, and industry expertise—ensuring that load carrier management for pallets, containers, racks, and more runs seamlessly, from the loading dock all the way into the ERP system.

Partner Categories

Three Ways to Collaborate with Loopario.

Depending on what you bring to the table, there are different types of partnerships. They all have one thing in common: in the end, the customer benefits.

Technology Partners

Software providers whose solutions complement Loopario: WMS, TMS, ERP, telematics, or hardware. As an integration partner, you connect your system to our load carrier management system via an interface.

Consulting & Service Partners

Consulting firms and system integrators that use or recommend Loopario in client projects. They contribute their process and industry expertise; we provide the platform.

Network Partners

Customers and companies that integrate Loopario into their network. The more exchange partners there are in the system, the more processes run automatically—shared accounts instead of monthly reconciliations.

Why Partnerships

Every Partner Wins. The Customer Wins the Most.

Every partnership offers its partner a unique benefit. And they all contribute to the same goal: seamless processes for our shared customers.

Technology Partner

Integrations break down data silos and, through collaboration, enable new solutions for shared customers.

The Customer

Reduced waste, less manual labor, cost savings, and data-driven control
through digitized and automated end-to-end processes.

Consulting & Service Partners

Implement projects in a targeted manner using the right tools—better results for partners and customers.

Network Partners

Ecosystem benefits: The more partners there are in the system, the greater the benefits for customers and partners.

Frequently Asked Questions about our partnership.

Still have questions? Just get in touch using our contact form.

Who can become a Loopario partner?

Basically any company whose solution or network complements our shared customers in load carrier management: software providers (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP, telematics), consultancies, and system integrators, as well as customers and companies that would like to recommend us. The deciding factor is that the partnership creates genuine added value for our customers.

What is a Load Carrier Management System (LCMS)?

An LCMS manages all load carriers—pallets, containers, racks, mesh boxes, and more—just as a WMS manages the warehouse and a TMS manages transport. Loopario is the first LCMS. As a partner, you connect directly to this central data layer, where everything related to load carriers comes together in one place.

Is there a cost to the partnership? Is there a program fee?

No. There are no program fees and no hidden costs. We invest time together in enablement and alignment; that is all it takes to get started.

How does the technical integration with Loopario work?

Via our fully documented REST API. This is the same interface our customers use to connect their ERP, TMS, and WMS systems. Our tech team will support your integration from the initial planning stages all the way to go-live.

How does the process work and how long does it take?

It usually takes a few weeks from the initial conversation to the signed agreement. This primarily depends on how quickly we can define specific use cases together. Pure referral partnerships often get started after just two meetings.

What do you expect from your partners?

A dedicated  contact person, a genuine interest in our shared clients, and a commitment to actively fostering our partnership. In return, you get the same from us: clear processes, prompt feedback, and a direct line to our team.

“The partnership with Loopario is incredibly valuable to us, both on a personal level and in terms of the work we do. Our customers very often face the same challenges: a lack of transparency and high costs due to manual processes. Loopario’s solutions and approaches for load carrier management and Jokati’s for freight cost management are very similar: We solve our customers’ problems through digitization, automation, and transparency. In doing so, we bring shippers and logistics service providers together. The collaboration is a lot of fun, and we look forward to helping many more customers with our solutions.”

Yannick Nentwig
Chief Commercial Officer, Jokati GmbH

“The partnership with Loopario brings together two key components of modern reusable logistics: smart labeling and digital process control. Together, we are creating greater transparency, traceability, and efficiency in reusable systems.”

Simon Baumert
Senior Key Account & Business Development, inotec Barcode Security GmbH

"Our customers already communicate digitally, with no extra app required. Together with Loopario, we are extending this benefit all the way into load carrier management. Information from the driver handover will in future flow directly into load carrier management, without our customers having to introduce another system for the driver."

Max Borreck
Co-Founder, ZeKju GmbH
