Jokati GmbH, based in Hamburg—the home of the Digital Freight Office—is an independent digital platform for freight cost management in land transportation and the CEP industry. It connects shippers and freight forwarders, digitizes the processes of quote generation, rate comparison, and analysis, and automatically verifies freight invoices, including discrepancies, in real time. This eliminates the need for time-consuming Excel analyses and incomplete invoice checks, and makes annual negotiations, tenders, and invoice audits more efficient, transparent, and data-driven. Jokati is part of the Digital HUB Logistics in Hamburg and was honored with the Technology for Future Award Logistics in 2023.

Loopario and Jokati relieve shippers and logistics service providers of two tasks that in many places are still handled via Excel and email: Jokati digitizes freight cost management for ground transportation and express, while Loopario uses its LCMS to automate the tracking of pallets, containers, and racks.
