From the driver to the load carrier account: fully digital.
ZeKju digitizes communication with the driver, Loopario handles load carrier management. This gives the customer the pallet slip as a photo right away, without waiting for the driver to return it.
Who is behind the partnership
ZeKju closes the communication gap in road freight transport. As an intelligent communication and data layer, the platform connects shippers, carriers, drivers, and existing IT systems, digitizing transport-related processes: from driver communication to status and document exchange, eCMR, and AI-powered document processing. As the interface to the driver, ZeKju relies on messenger services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or Viber, with no additional driver app required. Today, ZeKju already handles more than 130,000 shipments per month and is live in more than 50 TMS, ERP, and visibility system integrations, supporting 25 driver languages across Europe.
How
ZeKju
and Loopario work together
Loopario and ZeKju are jointly digitizing the processes around load carrier exchange. ZeKju forms the interface to the driver: the pallet slip is issued on site as usual. Using a phone, the driver takes a photo of it and transmits it via ZeKju to Loopario in real time, without waiting for the physical slip to be returned. With the AI feature, these photos can in future be converted automatically into bookings in Loopario's load carrier account.
