Effective immediately, Logistikbude GmbH is operating under the name Loopario.
- New brand accompanies the LCMS' European expansion
- Software already available in ten languages and in use in 66 countries
- Product, team, and corporate culture remain unchanged
With its new brand, the Dortmund-based tech company is taking the next step in its European growth strategy. Today, the Load Carrier Management System (LCMS) already supports companies in digitally managing pallets, containers, and racks across international supply chains. The product, team, and company culture remain unchanged. Loopario represents the continued evolution of an established solution under a name that resonates internationally.

"A pallet doesn't stop at a border," says Philipp Hüning, co-founder of Loopario. "Fruit is picked in Spain, travels through France, and is transshipped in Switzerland. Load carriers are already moving throughout Europe—and our software is built for exactly that. What didn't fit this international scope was the name. So the rebranding was the logical step."

The Load Carrier Management System (LCMS) is available in ten languages and accessible via web link in 66 countries. Users can switch between languages with a single click-for example, to English, French, or Polish.
Growth in Digital Load Carrier Management
International expansion is accompanied by a phase of strong growth. Since the beginning of the year, the team has grown to over 30 employees, with nine of them joining since the Series A funding round. The LCMS manages more than 50 million load carriers monthly. Among its 46 users are Nagel-Group, DACHSER, and packaging manufacturer Georg Utz.
The new name also signals the next evolution of the product: Loop represents the cycle in which reusable load carriers move through the supply chain. Pario stands for the automated consolidation and coordination of exchange processes between companies. The LCMS automates previously manual load carrier management processes, reconciles data across partners, and evolves from an enterprise solution to a networked supply chain platform. For customers, the rebranding changes nothing: contracts, contacts, software, and functionality remain unchanged.

The New Name Emerged From the Team
The decision on the new name wasn't made by management alone. All employees were able to submit their own suggestions and participate in the selection process. Around 60 names were collected and then evaluated in several stages for availability, legal considerations, and brand impact. From the longlist and shortlist, the new brand Loopario finally emerged.
"The name Logistikbude was and is part of our identity. It carries a culture that our customers identified with," says Felix Lütjann, Head of Marketing & Culture at Loopario. "That's why it was important to us to involve our team early in the process. We're still the same-just with a brand that makes our European vision visible."

About Loopario:
Over ten billion load carriers worldwide-from pallets to containers to specialized racks-form the backbone of global supply chains. Yet while ERP, WMS, and TMS systems address other supply chain questions, load carrier management often remains a blind spot. The result: 150 billion load carrier transitions per year are still manually booked and reconciled monthly via email.
Loopario, a tech company based in the Ruhr Valley, pioneered a solution to close this gap: the Load Carrier Management System (LCMS). Acting like a lens, the LCMS functions as an intelligent data layer that overlays existing IT infrastructure, making fragmented data transparent and actionable.
Spun out from Fraunhofer IML, Loopario's software solution automates manual bookings and lengthy reconciliation processes, freeing manufacturing, logistics, and retail companies entirely from the operational burden of load carrier management.
